Our room was in the basement with a view of the land!!! You could make out a semblance of a swimming pool and the sea in the distance!
I found a clump of hair stuck to the shower tile!
Other than that the bedding is good...
However, the breakfast is not up to par.
Scrambled eggs are not good. We also ordered an omelet (more than 15 minutes of waiting)
Restocking is not done regularly. There was no more cheese, no more orange juice! No fruit yogurts, only plain! It's a bit expensive, 18€/person.
I will not return to this hotel..

Nous sommes allés prendre 1 verre pour le 14 juillet, beaucoup de monde et seulement1 jeune serveur stagiaire. Le personnel est en sous effectif et débordé. Pour commander il faut se lever et recupérer soi même sa commande au bar. Seulement 4 cocktails au choix.Les brochettes étaient froides. En sommes, une expérience très décevante et aucun manager dans le coin pour orchestrer.

Habitant à Ste marie, je m’étais dit qu’un séjour au Creolia ne me déconnecterait pas assez … quelle fausse idée je me faisais ! Les chambres sont belles, avec une vue splendide. 😍La literie est juste parfaite😴 … l’hôtel est dans son cocon de calme, on oublie qu’on est à 3 minutes de la pleine ville !! Et le petit déjeuner est un des meilleurs de l’île sur les hôtels de cette gamme! 😋

Hotel bien situé sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis, très belle vue très belle piscine (un peu fraiche), personnel très pro et à l'écoute (quand nous sommes arrivé l'accueil gérait une annulation d'un vol Corsaire , pourquoi c'est eux qui faisait ce travail ?) . Quand nous avons récupéré notre chambre (juste après) grand sourire , sur classement (Chambre212 rien à dire, petit balcon ) et un bon pour un cocktails offert, repas du soir très bien . un petit bémol (il faut bien en trouver !!) petit déjeuner un peu chers , le rapport qualité prix n'y ai pas . par ailleurs l'hotel ne semble pas avoir complétement essuyé les plâtres de l'ouragan, glaces autours de la piscines pas encore remplacées , quelques dalles cassées .... en résumé allez y

Le meilleur moment de mon séjour Mon moment préféré a été le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. Déguster des fruits frais et des viennoiseries maison au lever du jour. Qualité de la chambre et du service La chambre était spacieuse et d’une propreté irréprochable. La literie, très confortable, m’a offert des nuits reposantes. Quant au service, il a été irréprochable : l’équipe de la réception et le personnel de ménage étaient toujours disponibles, souriants et attentifs à mes besoins. En résumé, j’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Exsel Creolia et recommande vivement cet établissement pour découvrir La Réunion dans un cadre chaleureux et confortable.

Cadre joli. Plats sympathiques et joliment présentés. Bon sans plus. Service un peu long (on a attendu assez longtemps pour un cocktail et deux softs). Le dessert était cependant très bon. J'avais précisé qu'une partie de mon thon n'était pas tendre mais ça n'a eu aucun impact.
